Brush Motor Speed Controller 6-60V

This dedicated brushed DC motor controller measures 96 x 61 x 34 mm (3.78 x 2.4 x 1.34 in) and mounts via a standard 92 x 56 mm panel cutout. It accepts input voltages from 6 V to 60 V DC and delivers up to 30 A peak current (20 A continuous rating). Output linearity under load ensures stable torque delivery across the full 0–100% speed range. Control is achieved via intuitive +/− inching buttons, with a built-in digital display showing real-time speed percentage. The unit uses current-regulation PWM at 21 kHz—minimising audible noise and electromagnetic interference. Functions include adjustable slow-start (0–10 s), slow-stop (0–10 s), programmable minimum speed (0–80%), maximum speed (0–100%), and selectable acceleration/deceleration steps (1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25% per press). Terminal connections use screw-type barrier blocks for vibration-resistant, tool-free wiring.
