This replacement OPC (organic photoconductor) drum core is built for integration into existing Brother drum units used with HL-2240, DCP-7057, 7360 and 7470 laser printers. It replicates the key functional properties of the original drum core — including photosensitive layer composition, surface hardness and rotational concentricity — ensuring stable charge retention and uniform toner adhesion during printing. The core weighs approximately 32 g and features a 30 mm diameter aluminium substrate with a standard 8 mm central drive shaft. It is supplied without packaging accessories, mounting hardware or instructions, as it is intended exclusively for qualified personnel performing drum refurbishment. Always verify your drum unit’s part number (e.g., DR-2200, DR-2300, DR-2400) prior to installation.
