Brass Wind Instrument Dent Corrector

A specialist tool for correcting minor dents in trumpet tubing, manufactured from hardened carbon steel with full surface deburring and satin polishing. Measures 18cm long, 3.5cm handle diameter, weighs 280g. Features a seamless transition between handle and shaft to prevent stress concentration points. Includes one 10mm-diameter sheet metal ball formed from 0.8mm cold-rolled steel, with chamfered edges and uniform sphericity (±0.05mm tolerance). Designed for use on B♭ trumpet piston valves, tuning slides, and valve port connections — areas prone to accidental compression during case loading or ensemble storage. Compatible with lacquered, silver-plated, and raw brass finishes. Tested for compatibility with Yamaha, Bach, Conn, and Jupiter trumpet models commonly found in UK school inventories and amateur ensembles.
