Brass Quarter-Turn Stem Assembly

Dimensions: Includes one cold-side stem assembly (replaces 002713-40) and one hot-side stem assembly (replaces 002714-40). Total package weight approx. 0.15 kg. Constructed entirely from solid brass with multi-layer electroplated silver finish. Each stem features a quarter-turn valve core with integrated spring check mechanism and lever-handle interface. Core functionality includes precise on/off control via 90-degree rotation, reliable sealing under standard UK domestic water pressure (up to 5 bar), and resistance to scale-induced jamming due to smooth internal geometry. The spring check prevents backflow and supports consistent handle return after operation. Designed for retrofit into existing brass compression or cartridge-style faucet bodies commonly found in UK bathrooms and kitchens. Ideal for resolving drip leaks, stiff operation, or inconsistent temperature control caused by worn-out original stems.
