Engineered specifically for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors using a 3-thread fuel pump interface. Physical specs: 85 mm tall × 62 mm wide × 240 g. Features a rigid composite main body, machined brass inlet and outlet connectors, and a multi-layer diaphragm designed for pulse durability and fuel compatibility. Confirmed replacement for OEM part numbers 385784, 395712, and 39571. Installs using original hardware — no drilling, tapping, or fuel system bleeding required. All units are assembled and tested in facilities certified to ISO/TS 16949 and QS-9000, with documented process controls covering material sourcing, assembly torque validation, and post-test visual inspection per AQL Level II sampling.
