Brass-Core Flow Switch For Spas

Engineered as a drop-in replacement for Sundance Spas, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and Sweetwater Spas (2005–2020 models, excluding 800 series), this flow switch delivers consistent performance under demanding thermal and chemical conditions. Its core components include a high-impact surgical plastic housing and brass sensing elements fully encapsulated in insulating rubber cable — designed to withstand prolonged exposure to heated, treated water. Hydraulic interfaces consist of dual 0.85 inch hose ports and a 0.4 inch freeze line port, each matched with curled finger cable connectors for simplified, repeatable electrical termination. A transparent viewing section enables live observation of water passage and foreign particles, while directional arrows are moulded into the body to confirm proper orientation. It reports flow status to the spa’s main board, generating familiar diagnostic alerts — FLO, FLO2, or flashing FLO — to aid rapid resolution. The internal flow orifice measures exactly 3/32 inch; earlier two- and three-pump units (pre-February 2008) may require light drilling to accept the sensor.
