A purpose-built 110mm steel latch rod designed for secure, repeatable weight stack selection. Available in two precisely dimensioned versions: 8mm diameter for 9–10mm equipment holes and 10mm diameter for 11–12mm holes. Constructed entirely from solid steel — not coated or hollow — to ensure rigidity and resistance to bending or wear over time. Includes one rubber handle retaining ring to aid handling and reduce chance of loss. Its application spans everyday resistance adjustments and intentional progression strategies: as a standard pin, it locks selected weight plates firmly in place; as an extender, it enables stacking beyond factory-set maximums — useful for users advancing beyond beginner/intermediate resistance levels. Compatible with most selectorized machines using round-pin mechanisms, including many UK-sourced home gym systems. No assembly or tools required.
