245 mm total length, 85 mm handle width. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a matte black finish (applied via PVD coating for abrasion resistance). Blades feature a hybrid edge: smooth section for precise herb trimming and packaging opening; serrated section for gripping and cutting through poultry bones, joint cartilage and thick vegetable stems. Handles consist of impact-resistant PP plastic overlaid with textured, non-slip rubber — enhanced with a recessed, padded safety lock that engages with audible click. Fully symmetrical form factor supports seamless use by left- and right-handed cooks. Integrated hanging hole allows for hygienic, off-countertop storage. Top-rack dishwasher safe; however, hand-washing and immediate drying — especially inside the hinge cavity — is advised to preserve finish and function in UK domestic environments.
