Each shaft combines metal reinforcement at stress points with resilient plastic outer structures to ensure durability and quiet operation. Measured length is approximately 80 mm, with inner diameter ~12.7 mm and outer diameter ~25 mm — matching standard thermal ribbon core dimensions. Minor dimensional variances (±1–3 cm) are acknowledged and fall within acceptable manufacturing norms for mechanical printer consumables. Sold strictly as two standalone shafts — no ribbons, labels, power supplies or software included.
