Black Iron Flute Clarinet Storage Rack

Measurements: 18.0 cm wide × 11.0 cm tall × 6.0 cm deep (7.07 × 4.32 × 2.36 in). Weight: 385 g ± 5 g — calibrated during production to ensure optimal wall-load balance. Material: cold-rolled black iron sheet, 1.8 mm thick throughout, cut and bent with CNC precision for repeatable tolerances. Each instrument support features micro-textured contact zones — created via fine-grit sandblasting — providing gentle grip without adhesives or rubber inserts that degrade over time. Frame stiffness tested to support 2× rated load (up to 1.2 kg total) without permanent deformation. Screws supplied are M4 × 25 mm countersunk type — suitable for 12–18 mm plasterboard with cavity fixings or direct masonry anchoring. Used successfully in over 120 UK primary and secondary schools since 2022. Fits standard flute cases (e.g., Yamaha YFL-222, Jupiter JFL700) and clarinet cases (e.g., Buffet Crampon E11, Selmer CL211) when stored open or partially unzipped — keeping instruments ready for immediate use.
