Remove the probe protective cap. Turn on the meter. Press the SET button to turn on the backlight. Select the appropriate wood group using the M ENTER button. After the measurement is complete, turn off the meter by holding the on button for 2 seconds (auto-off function after 2 minutes of inactivity).
