This muddler is constructed from solid beech wood, chosen for its uniform density, fine grain and traditional use in European bar tool manufacturing. At approximately 21 cm long and 2.8 cm thick, it offers ideal proportions for both precision and power — long enough to generate torque, narrow enough to avoid jamming in narrow glassware. The toothed end is shaped to concentrate pressure on small surface areas, allowing bartenders to selectively bruise herb leaves, crack coarse sugar crystals, and express citrus oils without damaging glassware or creating unwanted fibrous debris.
