Robust B16-mount drill chuck fabricated from 40Cr alloy steel, delivering high hardness (45–48 HRC) and exceptional dimensional accuracy (0.08 mm runout). Compatible with 1–13 mm (0.04–0.5 inch) drill bits and taps. Its self-locking action ensures fast, tool-free bit changes and reliable retention under operational load. Internally reinforced with T-shaped teeth on the screw rod to improve longevity — tested to last ~30% longer than standard equivalents. Finished with a protective bluing treatment that resists oxidation and performs well under moderate thermal stress. Commonly fitted to compact bench drills and corded/cordless electric hand drills in professional and hobbyist settings.
