Inspired by classic guitar amplifier aesthetics, this pick holder merges nostalgic visual language with contemporary additive manufacturing. Produced using layer-by-layer thermoplastic deposition, it achieves tight tolerances and uniform wall thickness throughout. Physical dimensions are approximately 8.5 cm tall (including speaker grille motif), 6.5 cm wide, and 2.2 cm deep — verified across 20+ production batches. Five parallel vertical slots run front-to-back, each 1.8 cm wide × 1.2 cm deep × 0.8 cm tall opening, calibrated for secure retention of picks ranging from 0.46 mm (thin jazz) to 1.5 mm (heavy rock) thicknesses. The material exhibits low coefficient of friction against celluloid and nylon, ensuring smooth pick insertion without binding or scratching.
