Aluminum Moisture Trap Filter Regulator

A fully integrated air treatment solution made from lightweight yet rigid aluminum alloy, complemented by polycarbonate and engineering-grade plastic components. With a BSP 1/2 inch inlet and outlet, it supports pressures up to 1.0 MPa and displays readings from 0–150 psi. Weighing just 510g, it includes a built-in mounting bracket for easy panel or wall attachment. Rated for continuous use between 5°C and 60°C. Air enters through the inlet, passes through a cyclonic separator and fine mesh filter to remove water vapour condensate and particulates down to visible micron levels, then flows into the regulation chamber where a calibrated spring and flexible diaphragm control downstream pressure. This prevents sudden pressure jumps and maintains steady flow—especially beneficial when paired with intermittent-duty compressors. Commonly deployed in vehicle repair bays, woodworking shops, and production lines where consistent air quality directly impacts finish quality, tool lifespan, and operator productivity.
