Aluminum Downspout Leaf Strainer

This set includes four 8 cm diameter gutter guards made from high-quality, flexible aluminum wire mesh. Each guard weighs roughly 0.12 kg and features a tightly woven grid structure designed to intercept leaves, moss fragments, twigs and fine particulate matter before they enter the downspout. The aluminum material offers superior resistance to environmental stressors — including oxidation, thermal expansion, ice loading and prolonged moisture exposure — ensuring stable performance across all seasons. The guards are manually adjustable: bend or curve them to match circular or rectangular downspout profiles ranging from 2 inches to 4 inches (5–10 cm). Installation is fully mechanical — no fasteners, adhesives or modifications required. Simply press into place at the top of the downspout opening. Once seated, they remain fixed through friction and light compression, resisting wind uplift and vibration. Rainwater passes freely while debris accumulates on top for easy seasonal removal. Some users apply them at external drain outlets to reduce pest ingress and associated pipe damage.
