Aluminium Multi-Arc Corner Positioner

A purpose-built, flat-format corner template manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy — chosen for its optimal balance of strength-to-weight ratio and machinability. Features four factory-calibrated arc profiles: 10 mm radius (for tight decorative accents), 25 mm radius (standard furniture edge safety), 30 mm radius (mid-weight visual softening), and 50 mm radius (bold architectural contouring). Each arc segment is separated by clear indexing notches for rapid visual identification. Overall dimensions: 185 mm × 120 mm × 2 mm. Compatible with all common UK-sourced woodworking adhesives, finishes and sealants — no chemical interaction or staining observed after prolonged contact. Used extensively by UK-based joinery apprentices, small-batch furniture makers and heritage conservation specialists where traceability, repeatability and low environmental impact (fully recyclable material) are key decision factors.
