The HAD20B automatic float drain valve features a robust aluminium die-cast housing with plastic components, designed for reliable long-term operation in compressed air systems. It measures 1/2 inch BSP thread and handles up to 400 litres per minute condensate flow capacity. The internal stainless steel float mechanism operates purely mechanically — no electricity or external power required. As condensate accumulates, buoyancy lifts the float, opening the drain outlet; when water level drops, the float descends and seals the outlet automatically. This continuous cycle ensures consistent, timely removal of moisture without manual intervention. Ideal for industrial compressors, dryers, filters and receiver tanks across UK and EU workshops.
