Aluminium 35mm Hinge Drilling Guide Kit

Professional-grade hinge jig system engineered for consistent, fast installation of concealed cup hinges in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and fitted furniture. Made entirely from machined aluminium alloy for thermal stability and wear resistance. Locator disc: 35mm Ø × 10mm thick; head length: 116mm. Three pre-calibrated hinge hole centres: 46mm, 48mm and 52mm. Includes a 2mm twist drill bit (47mm long) for pilot holes and a 35mm-diameter reamer bit (93mm long, 10mm shank, 35mm blade) for final cup machining. Drill stop inner diameter: 12mm — calibrated for standard 12mm-deep hinge cups used across Blum, Grass and similar brands.
