Alloy Crown Race For 1.5 Inch Fork

A precision-machined aluminum crown race designed specifically for bicycles using 1.5 inch tapered forks. Its inner diameter of 39.8mm ensures accurate fitment on the fork steerer’s base, while its uniform 5mm thickness supports reliable load transmission to the lower headset bearing. Weighing approximately 6 grams, it balances minimal mass with dependable mechanical performance. The part follows open-crown race conventions, allowing full access to the bearing seat and simplifying installation and inspection. It is compatible with headsets using 52mm and 54mm lower cup diameters—covering a wide range of current-generation road, adventure, and fitness-oriented framesets. Each package contains one crown race, supplied without additional hardware or accessories. Ideal for replacing worn, damaged, or incorrectly installed original parts—restoring proper headset function and preserving fork integrity over thousands of miles.
