This TT rest handlebar set combines functional engineering with rider-centric ergonomics. Measuring around 35 cm in length, it installs easily onto handlebars sized 25.4 mm–31.8 mm. The rest pads rotate independently to accommodate varying torso angles and arm lengths, while the sponge cushion is fully detachable for routine cleaning or refreshment. Its core purpose is to relieve tension in the trapezius, forearms, and wrists during sustained riding — especially beneficial on road bikes used for century rides, MTBs adapted for bikepacking, or time-trial setups requiring stable aerodynamic posture.
