Adjustable Stainless Steel Burger Press

Crafted from premium food-grade 304 stainless steel, this burger press combines longevity, hygiene, and performance. It has a compact 12 cm diameter footprint, weighs 380 g, and uses a robust lever-and-dial mechanism. The surface is mirror-polished for easy release and safe handling, with all edges finely finished to eliminate sharpness. Its unique adjustment system offers 10 fixed thickness positions — selected by rotating a tactile dial under the pressing plate — letting you standardise patty height across dozens of burgers. There’s no guesswork: each setting corresponds to a specific compression depth, ensuring uniform cooking and perfect sear results. Designed for real kitchen use, it works equally well with lean beef, moist turkey blends, or delicate plant-based mixes. Whether prepping for weekend barbecues, meal-prepping for the week, or hosting friends, it delivers professional consistency without complexity.
