Adjustable Squat Wedge Blocks EVA

Each set includes 2 EVA squat wedge blocks measuring 15 x 12 x 5 cm (approx. 6 x 4.7 x 2 inches) with a total weight of under 500 g. Made from high-density, wear-resistant EVA foam for long-term durability and consistent performance. The textured surface features stretch lines engineered to support up to 2,000 lbs while maintaining structural integrity — significantly enhancing stability during loaded squats and deadlifts. Designed to elevate the heels during squatting to improve ankle mobility, depth, and bar path alignment; also functions as a calf stretcher for pre- and post-workout flexibility work. Lightweight and compact — easily fits in gym bags or under desks for home, garage, or commercial gym use.
