Adjustable Height Concealed Hinge Jig

Precision-engineered aluminium alloy jig for 35mm European concealed hinges. Dimensions: compact design optimized for cabinet door installation; weight: lightweight yet rigid for stability during drilling; capacity: supports drilling depth from 10mm to 15mm and edge-to-hole distance from 3mm to 7mm; material: high-grade anodised aluminium alloy for long-term dimensional stability and resistance to workshop wear. Features a fully adjustable height mechanism enabling independent control of drill depth and edge margin — ideal for matching hinge cup depth and door overlay requirements across diverse cabinet styles. Integrated three-bearing guidance system with extended 2cm bearing sleeve ensures minimal bit deflection and vibration, delivering consistently straight, clean 35mm hinge cup bores. Designed specifically for use with standard 35mm concealed hinges on solid wood, MDF, plywood and edge-banded panels. Suited for professional cabinetmakers and serious DIYers installing inset, overlay or partial-overlay doors. Enables repeatable, error-free hinge cup drilling on face frames, frameless cabinets and rebated door edges — especially valuable when working with pre-finished or veneered materials where rework is not feasible.
