Available in two sizes — S (EU 36–39 / US 5–7) and L (EU 40–44 / US 8–11) — each pad weighs only 40 g or 55 g respectively. The design features an anatomically contoured gel pad secured by adjustable hook-and-loop straps, ensuring stability across varied foot shapes and activity levels. They function by absorbing repetitive impact forces and spreading pressure evenly beneath the heel, helping ease discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, heel spurs, and general heel fatigue.
