Adjustable Door Mortise Jig Template

This black plastic door hinge jig delivers reliable, repeatable mortise cuts for both doors and door jambs using a standard handheld router. It accepts door thicknesses between 1-3/8 inches (35 mm) and 2-1/2 inches (64 mm), and supports hinge lengths from 2-1/2 inches (64 mm) to 6 inches (152 mm). The jig includes two removable sliding guide assemblies, each configured for 1/4 inch round, 5/8 inch round, or square corner hinge profiles. Router depth adjustment is required for operation; router not included. Supplied as one complete jig set.
