These height-increasing insoles provide a discreet, adjustable lift from 1.2 to 1.97 inches (3–5 cm) using integrated air-cushion technology. Measuring approximately 28 cm in length and 10 cm in width (size M), they weigh just 42 g per insole and are made from breathable, odour-resistant EVA foam with a soft textile top layer. The air-cushioned heel cap absorbs impact and supports natural arch alignment without adding bulk — maximum thickness is carefully calibrated to avoid shoe tightness. Designed for universal fit, they work seamlessly in high-top men’s and women’s footwear including formal shoes, casual sneakers, and dress boots.
