Adjustable 300V LED Lamp Bead Tester

Dedicated tester for LED lamp bead and backlight array diagnostics in flat-panel TVs and monitors. Constructed from impact-resistant ABS (10.4 × 3.6 × 6.3 cm), weighs 255g with packaging. Input: 85–265V AC; output: continuously adjustable 0–300V DC, rated at 18W. Built around a proprietary high-speed microcontroller — not generic meter modules — enabling accurate, low-drift voltage sampling and direct LED-based display. Green LED digits update dynamically: '00' = short circuit detected, '300' = open circuit. Voltage adapts automatically during startup, rising gradually to full output in 3–5 seconds to protect sensitive LED elements. Reverse polarity connection is tolerated without damage. Cold/hot isolation guarantees user protection. Integrated power cord and compact form factor support convenient onsite use. Allows immediate backlight activation on intact panels — revealing voltage inconsistencies between parallel LED groups to identify failing sections.
