Adjustable 3-Stage Collapsible Hood

Constructed from a combination of flexible rubber and reinforced metal parts, this 72mm lens hood uses a precision-machined metal thread ring for stable, repeatable mounting. Its collapsible design allows quick transitions between three functional states: fully extended for telephoto use, partially extended for standard focal lengths, and fully retracted to avoid vignetting on wide-angle lenses. It effectively minimises lens flare caused by off-axis light sources such as sun, studio lighting or reflective surfaces. As a protective barrier, it guards against incidental contact, abrasion, and light environmental contaminants. Weighing only 85g and folding down to under 4cm depth, it integrates seamlessly into camera bags or pouches.
