Adjustable 100W DC-DC Voltage Booster

This step-up converter module provides precise DC voltage boosting from 3–35V input to 3.5–35V output, rated for up to 100W output power when input voltage is greater than 16V. Its construction includes imported high-power MOSFETs and low-ESR aluminium electrolytic capacitors, engineered to reduce output ripple and limit operating temperature rise. A calibrated on-board voltmeter covers 4–40V with ±0.1V accuracy, allowing direct readout of output voltage. Short-circuit protection engages at 14A. Input reverse polarity protection is not implemented. Supplied as a single ready-to-use PCB assembly suitable for embedded power conversion, renewable energy interfaces, and custom DC power supply design.
