ADF4350 RF Signal Source Development Board

Compact RF signal source development board based on the ADF4350 frequency synthesizer IC. Dimensions: approx. 4.8 × 4.9 cm (1.89 × 1.93 in), weight: 15 g. Constructed with durable plastic housing and precision PCB layout. Supports output frequency range from 137 MHz to 4.4 GHz (ADF4350 variant). Delivers +5 dBm programmable RF output power via SMA female connector. Operates from 4–9 V DC supply (5 V typical). Generates sine wave output from 2.2–4.4 GHz (fundamental) and square wave output from 35 MHz–2.2 GHz (fundamental division). Features three-wire SPI control interface and includes a default 10.000 MHz reference clock, with external reference input capability via SMA. Designed for point-frequency generation, frequency sweep and frequency hopping applications.
