AD8317 Logarithmic RF Power Meter Module 1M-10000MHz Log Output

This logarithmic detector utilizes the ADI AD8317 chip to measure RF signal power across a frequency range of 1MHz to 10GHz. It converts input signals into a DC voltage output that scales proportionally with the logarithm of the signal amplitude. 1. The module detects power levels between -55dBm and 0dBm while expanding the signal dynamic range by 55dB. 2. It features an SPI interface and connects to single chip microcomputers using standard 2.54mm pitch pins. 3. Electrical specifications require a DC operating voltage of 3.0 to 5.5V with a working current of 50mA. 4. Rated for operation between -20℃ and 85℃, the unit supports RF signal detection, power measurement, field strength monitoring, and integration into automatic gain or level control circuits. 5. The package contains one logarithmic detector module.
