AD8307 Logarithmic RF Detector

Logarithmic RF power detector built around the AD8307 IC. Designed for continuous-wave and modulated RF signal power measurement from 1 MHz to 600 MHz. Accepts input power levels between −74 dBm and +18 dBm and converts them linearly-in-dB to a 0–2.5 V DC output voltage. Input impedance is matched to 50 ohms for standard RF systems. Typical sensitivity slope is 25 mV per dBm. Stable operation is ensured across the full temperature range without calibration drift. Powered by an external 6–15 V DC source. Constructed in a robust metal housing for electromagnetic shielding and physical protection. Package includes only the detector unit — no cables, adapters, or power supplies.
