AD8307 92dB RF Power Sensor

High-dynamic-range RF power sensor based on the Analog Devices AD8307 logarithmic detector IC. Operates continuously from 1 MHz to 600 MHz with 50 Ω input impedance. Detects RF power levels spanning −74 dBm to +18 dBm (92 dB total range), converting them to a corresponding 0–2.5 V DC output. Typical transfer function: 25 mV per dBm. Designed for minimal temperature drift and high DC stability via differential architecture and internal compensation. Compatible with 6–15 V DC power supplies. Packaged in a durable green metal enclosure. For use in RF engineering, EMC pre-compliance checks, educational demonstrations, and automated level control systems. Unit-only delivery — no extras included.
