Active Equalizer Balancer 5A Battery Energy Transfer for Ternary Lithium Titanium

Active Equaliser with Undervoltage Sleep Protection This active equaliser balancer is designed for ternary lithium and lithium titanate battery packs, delivering a balance current of 0 to 5A to help keep cells evenly charged. Built around a low internal resistance MOS and a 2 ounce thick copper board, it offers stable performance during operation while supporting efficient energy transfer between cells. Undervoltage Protection and Low Standby Draw When the voltage drops below 3.0V, the unit automatically stops equalising and switches to sleep mode, with standby power consumption of less than 0.1mA. This helps reduce unnecessary drain when the battery is not in use. A reserved wiring position for a sleep switch is also included, allowing the working current in sleep-off mode to remain below 0.1mA. Reliable Construction The equaliser uses a PCB construction that is high temperature resistant and flame retardant, supporting safe and dependable use in a range of setups. Compensation voltage accuracy is held within 5mV, helping maintain consistent cell balancing over time.
