This mechanical edge finder is designed for use on traditional milling and comprehensive processing machines at operating speeds between 400 and 600 rpm. It features an anti-magnetic lower rotary section and maintains measurement consistency without clamping error. 1. Manufactured from carbon steel with a large end diameter of 20 millimeters, a small end diameter of 10 millimeters, and a total length of 90 millimeters. 2. Includes a specialized 4 millimeter probe specifically shaped for measuring small apertures and narrow grooves. 3. Provides repeated measurement accuracy within 0.005 millimeters during standard rotational operations. 4. Package contains one mechanical edge finder and one storage box.
