ABZ 3-Phase Encoder 6000RPM

This ABZ 3-phase incremental encoder delivers precise rotational feedback at speeds up to 6000rpm, powered by DC5–24V and consuming only 30mA. Its half-hollow shaft accommodates standard diameters of approx. 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. Built with an aluminum-plastic hybrid body for balanced weight, thermal performance, and structural resilience. Suitable for demanding yet controlled environments such as automated document handlers, small-scale CNC accessories, and robotic joint feedback. Must be installed with strict attention to alignment — excessive eccentricity accelerates wear. Do not operate in acidic, alkaline, humid (>85% RH), high-temperature (>70°C), or magnetically noisy settings. After power-on, wait 0.5 seconds before sampling pulses. Cable pulling force must stay below 29.4N; all shielded wiring requires proper grounding, and unused terminals must be insulated to protect internal electronics.
