Each ring is constructed from high-density ABS plastic with threaded surface texture, measuring approx. 26 cm in diameter and weighing 380 g per ring. The set includes two rings paired with 15 ft (4.5 m) premium polycarbonate nylon straps featuring metal buckles with toothed design for secure locking. Total load capacity is up to 1,760 lb (800 kg). The non-slip textured surface maintains grip during intense, sweaty workouts. Installation requires only a solid overhead anchor point — wood beam or steel bar — and takes under 5 minutes: loop strap, slide sling under buckle, adjust length, and lock.
