A7C-Specific Aluminium Thumb Grip

Exact size: 63 mm (L) × 23 mm (W) × 19 mm (H). Manufactured from lightweight but structurally robust aluminium alloy, processed via CNC machining for dimensional fidelity and edge consistency. Developed solely for the Sony A7C platform — verified against production units to guarantee compatibility with firmware updates, battery door clearance and screen articulation. The sculpted thumb rest improves palm engagement and stabilises vertical framing — critical for hybrid shooters switching between photo and video modes. Offers continuous protection to the hot shoe’s brass contacts and spring-loaded centre pin, preventing deformation or oxidation that leads to intermittent accessory detection. Installs in under two seconds with no tools, adhesives or configuration — ready for immediate use across indoor studios or outdoor locations.
