A1 Mini/A1 Hardened Nozzle Kit

Dedicated hot end upgrade kit for Bambu Lab A1 Mini and A1 3D printers, featuring a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle and chrome-plated brass heating block. Dimensions conform precisely to original equipment specifications. Weight is minimal to avoid adding inertia to the print head motion system. Material composition prioritises longevity: hardened steel resists abrasion from filled filaments, while chrome plating protects the brass block against corrosion and thermal fatigue. Supports standard 1.75mm filament spools used across PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and wood composites. Installation involves straightforward disassembly and re-mounting of the hot end — no modifications to wiring or firmware. One complete set is supplied per package; included hex wrench varies in style and colour by shipment and cannot be requested in advance. Colour representation in product images may differ slightly due to screen settings and ambient lighting — actual item remains functionally identical.
