A1 A1 Mini Hotend Heat Block Kit

OEM-matched heat block assembly for Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini printers. Constructed from lightweight yet thermally conductive aluminium alloy, with precise recesses for standard 20 W heater cartridge and 100 kΩ NTC thermistor. Overall size: ~32 mm × 18 mm (H × Ø); mass under 45 g. Designed to bolt directly into the stock hotend mounting bracket using original M3 fasteners. Preserves original thermal path integrity and mechanical alignment with the heat break and nozzle. Compatible only with A1 and A1 Mini hotend assemblies — verified against Bambu Lab’s published service diagrams and physical teardowns. Installation follows official disassembly sequence; no soldering or calibration required post-install. Supports full operational recovery after thermal failure, impact damage, or filament carbonisation inside the heat zone.
