8pcs Dustproof Hearing Aid Filters

These earwax filters are precision-moulded from ABS polymer with a uniform 3mm outer diameter and low-profile dome shape, ensuring snug fit within the sound outlet of most hearing aids sold in the UK. Each unit weighs approximately 0.08g and features a laser-cut mesh layer that maintains airflow while filtering particulates down to ~0.25mm. Material compliance meets EU REACH standards for non-toxicity and skin contact safety. Designed for daily wear, they protect against environmental dust, lint, and cerumen accumulation — all major contributors to reduced volume, feedback, or complete horn blockage. Use involves removing the used filter, lightly brushing the horn opening, pressing the new filter in place with firm thumb pressure until seated, and confirming no visible gap. Regular cleaning with a dry microfibre brush is advised; full replacement should occur when visual inspection shows discolouration, deformation, or diminished airflow.
