8mm Bass Optimised Double Vent Domes

These 8mm hearing aid domes are built with dual venting to reinforce bass frequencies and reduce occlusion — ideal for users seeking richer tonal balance. Constructed from body-safe silicone, they offer gentle elasticity and skin-friendly wear. Supplied as two packs of 10 (20 domes), they support sustained hygiene and performance over many months. Designed primarily for Oticon Minifit systems but widely compatible with BTE, ITE, and portable sound amplifiers. Monthly replacement is advised to prevent wax blockage and ensure continued acoustic accuracy. Not suitable for use if you have a perforated eardrum.
