Measuring exactly 80 feet in length and 6.35 mm (¼ inch) in diameter, this polypropylene rope combines light weight with dependable mechanical performance. Its diamond braid architecture consists of an inner load-bearing core tightly enveloped by an outer braid where adjacent strands reverse twist direction — achieving torsional equilibrium, zero hockling, and uniform load distribution. Constructed from UV-inhibited polypropylene, it resists photodegradation and retains flexibility after extended outdoor use. Crucially, it does not suffer the typical wet-strength loss seen in generic polypropylene ropes, making it suitable for applications involving moisture exposure — including well bucket retrieval, dockside rigging, and outdoor sports.
