8 Inch Foldable Stern Light IP66

This 8-inch foldable stern light is built for dependable offshore and coastal use. Constructed with UV-stabilised polycarbonate optics and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel hinge and base, it maintains structural integrity in demanding marine settings. Dimensions: 20.3 cm (8 in) diameter × 12.7 cm (5 in) height (unfolded); weight: 0.45 kg. Operates on dual-voltage AC/DC 12–24V input and draws minimal current — optimising battery runtime. Its IP66-rated enclosure prevents moisture and particulate ingress, while the optical system delivers true 360° photometric distribution per COLREGs Annex I standards. Certified to meet USCG requirements for stern lights on vessels ≤20 m, it achieves a minimum 3-nautical-mile visibility range using high-lumen, marine-specified LEDs housed behind a high-clarity, scratch-resistant lens. No external filters or reflectors are required — light output remains stable across temperature extremes (-20°C to +55°C). Designed for real-world boating tasks: secure overnight anchoring in open bays, safe entry into narrow or busy marinas after dusk, and compliant navigation during low-visibility passages — supporting both safety and regulatory adherence without compromise.
