Bristles are hand-selected for uniform loft and elasticity, supporting repeatable stroke consistency across multiple firings. Typical brush head widths span 4 mm (liner) to 10 mm (wash), with all bristles retaining shape after repeated glaze immersion and rinsing. Designed for compatibility with both commercial and homemade glazes — including high-iron or zinc-rich formulations known to degrade lower-grade synthetics. Also effective for watercolour layering, botanical sketching, and textile dye application where pigment suspension and release rate matter.
