6M TPE Insulation Seal Strip

A 6-metre roll of black, self-adhesive TPE rubber seal, 15 mm wide, formulated for durability and environmental safety. Free from plasticisers and heavy metals, it offers superior flexibility, tear resistance, and compression recovery compared to standard PVC or sponge rubber alternatives. The high-tack acrylic adhesive bonds securely to clean, dry surfaces — including painted wood, anodised aluminium, glass, and laminated plastic — and improves adhesion over 48–72 hours. Intended for sealing operational gaps of 2.5–5.5 mm found in residential and light commercial doors and windows. Proven effective against cold air infiltration, airborne dust, wind-driven rain splash, and mid-frequency urban noise (e.g., road traffic, neighbour activity). Requires surface preparation: wipe with isopropyl alcohol, allow to dry, then apply slowly and compress evenly for full activation.
