65% RH Electromechanical Hygrostat DIN Rail

A dedicated electromechanical humidity controller (model MFR012) that initiates heater operation once relative humidity reaches 65% RH — an effective threshold for preventing condensation in electrical enclosures and protecting sensitive components from moisture damage. Size: 67 × 50 × 38 mm; housing made of UL94 V-0 plastic with IP20 protection, intended for indoor cabinet mounting only. Compatible with 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022) for fast, tool-free installation. Operates continuously between 0°C and +60°C; can be stored from −20°C to +80°C. Connection via 3-pole terminal block accepting rigid conductors up to 2.5 mm² or stranded conductors up to 1.5 mm² (with ferrule); max clamping torque 0.5 Nm. Features a change-over contact rated for 100,000 switching cycles, supporting loads from 20V AC/DC, 100mA up to 250V AC, 5A (1A DC, 20W). Switching hysteresis is 4% RH (±3% tolerance); functional up to 15 m/s air velocity. Fully compliant with EN 55014-1, EN 55014-2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3 EMC standards.
