60V 15A Ideal Diode Module

A purpose-built ideal diode solution for professional and advanced DIY solar and battery applications across Europe. Supports 5–60V DC input, rated for 15A continuous (18A peak), with dual 8 mΩ MOSFETs configured in parallel to maximise current capability and minimise voltage loss. Compact footprint: ~50 × 22.8 mm, supplied with one optimised aluminium heat sink. Static current draw is only 0.2mA at 12V. Operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C. Used primarily for anti-backflow protection in solar panel arrays, battery charging circuits, and regulated DC-DC module outputs — compatible with both constant voltage and constant current regulation schemes. Commonly deployed in UK off-grid cabins, garden studios, RVs, and marine battery banks.
