60mm Epoxy-Sealed Stepper Motor

Standing 60mm tall and built entirely from metal, this stepper motor prioritises long-term mechanical integrity and operational consistency. A unique manufacturing process strengthens the motor body while refining the stator’s tooth geometry and inner bore precision — directly supporting stable, accurate rotation. The rotor is fully coated with epoxy resin and subjected to high-temperature curing; subsequent finishing removes iron pins and other machining residues from the tooth groove, drastically lowering jamming probability. Its structural rigidity ensures compatibility and dependable performance across Kossel, Prusa i3, Ultimaker, and CoreXY printer platforms. Also suitable for engraving, embroidery, stage lighting, textile, printing, and packaging automation systems.
